Elano is a premier all-natural water brand, is seeking to hire a
“Direct Foreign Procurement” to join our growing team – Located in wady El Natroun
Job Responsibilities:
– Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and production-related goods
– Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
– Issue RFQs/RFPs and analyze bids to select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
– Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
– Support supplier audits and corrective actions in coordination with Quality and Operations.
– Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
– Work closely with finance and operations to track and report cost performance and variances.
– Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
– Partner with production, planning, quality control and engineering teams to ensure alignment of material needs and specifications.
– Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
– Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
Job Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferably Direct categories).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
