Role Description
- Identify, acquire, and develop new business accounts to expand market presence.
- Proactively approach potential customers and explore new project opportunities.
- Prepare and review sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Drive sales by participating in tenders and bidding processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and take corrective actions when needed.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans accordingly.
- Develop new customers in line with the company’s customer segmentation strategy.
- Prepare customer orders and follow up on quotations to ensure accuracy and avoid pricing discrepancies.
- Track and achieve volume targets for key products and product lines in line with annual objectives.
Qualifications
- Suitable Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
