Chema Group is hiring Purchasing Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

· Purchase goods, materials, components, and services in accordance with defined cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

· Execute the full purchase-to-pay process for all materials, services, and supplies.

· Maintain a steady flow of required materials and promptly address any supply issues that could affect business operations.

· Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible cost and quality for raw materials.

· Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, conducting regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.

– 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the plastic manufacturing industry.

– Solid knowledge of plastic raw materials and their suppliers.

– Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.

– High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
