We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in North Africa and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Commercial Manager.
Qualifications and professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management –
- Master’s degree in Commercial Management / Construction Law – Preferred
- Strong cost control & commercial experience may substitute for postgraduate studies
- PMP Certification would be considered a plus.
- FIDIC Training (practical experience is more important than certification) would be considered a plus
- Cost Management / Value Engineering Courses – Preferred
- 12–15+ years of experience
- Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants
- Alternatively, experience with Tier 1 Contractors is acceptable
- Experience with major developers is a strong advantage
- Strong background in: Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, Payment Certification, Commercial Reporting
- Must have client-facing experience
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
