We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in export operations, shipment coordination, and international logistics management, we look forward to receiving your application.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate export shipments and follow up with shipping companies.
Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade procedures.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and shipping companies.
Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Sheikh Zayed or surrounding areas.
