Job Title: Senior Operations Specialist

🔵 JD:
. Manage end-to-end air & sea freight operations (export/import), including booking, coordination, documentation, and delivery.
. Communicate with clients, provide shipment updates, and resolve issues.
. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
. Monitor schedules and transit times to ensure on-time delivery.
. Support team workload when needed.
. Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and service providers for smooth operations.
. Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
. Maintain strong relationships with carriers and partners.
. Prepare weekly shipments reports.
🔵 JS:
. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
. Minimum 8 years of experience in operations/logistics.
. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
. High attention to details.
. Proficient in MS Office.
