Open hiring : Accountant and Operational Specialist

– Industry: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage

– Employment Type: Full-time      – Location: Mariottea, Haram, Giza 

– Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (Saturday shifting) 

1. #Accountant (Salary: EGP 7,000 to EGP 10,000.)

Key Tasks

– Follow up on accounts payable and receivable processes.

– Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.

– Support internal and external audit processes.

– Prepare required general ledger accounts.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

– Proficiency in accounting and familiarity with logistics workflows.

– Strong Analytical Skills to analyse data and ensure efficient processes.

– Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, teams, and vendors.

– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

– Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.

2. #OperationalSpecialist (Salary: EGP 8,000 to EGP 10,000.)

Key Tasks

– Negotiating and coordinating with shipping lines to obtain competitive freight rates.

– Managing the full shipment process from booking to final delivery.

– Issuing customer invoices and handling account settlements.

– Communicating with overseas agents for both air and sea shipments (export/import).

– Preparing and submitting ACID documents on the “NAFEZA” platform.

– Handling online data entry and tracking in the NAFEZA system to streamline customs clearance.

– Ensure on time & pro-active communication and reports.

– Maintain customer service standards according to the Standard operating procedures, meeting KPIs and timelines.

Qualifications

– Proficiency in Operations Management and familiarity with logistics workflows.

– Strong Analytical Skills to analyse data and ensure efficient processes.

– Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, teams, and vendors.

– Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.

– Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is preferred.
