Job Role:
We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. As the second-in-command, you will be responsible for the overall operational excellence of our manufacturing facility. Your mission is to translate our strategic vision into operational reality, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operations: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to optimize factory throughput and supply chain efficiency.
- P&L Responsibility: Drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and financial goals.
- Industrial Leadership: Oversee all internal operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance (ISO), Warehouse, and Procurement.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies and ERP systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Resource Management: Manage capital investment for factory expansions and technology upgrades.
- Succession & Culture: Foster a performance-driven culture, mentoring department heads and aligning the workforce with the company’s long-term objectives.
Job Requirements:
- DBA holder.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in the industrial sector as a COO.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in plastics, polymers, or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Skills: Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Strategic Financial Management.
