Assets Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehousing and stores operations across our hotel and resort portfolio in the Maldives. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse operations, compliance with SAP systems, and seamless coordination with hotel operations while upholding high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Supervising daily warehouse and stores operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
– Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation using SAP ERP.
– Monitoring and improving key warehouse KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory variance, picking accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
– Leading, training, scheduling, and managing warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
– Ensuring compliance with hospitality quality standards, internal SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
– Coordinating with procurement, logistics, finance, and resort operations to ensure an uninterrupted supply flow.
– Maintaining proper documentation, GRNs, and real-time system updates in SAP.
– Enforcing FIFO/FEFO practices and high housekeeping standards.
– Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize costs.
– Supporting audits and stock checks in line with company and hospitality compliance requirements.
Key Requirements:
– 8+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong experience in hospitality, hotels, or resort environments.
– Hands-on expertise in SAP ERP (MM / Inventory / Warehouse modules).
– Experience managing high-volume operations and multi-SKU inventories.
– Good understanding of safety standards, quality controls, and compliance.
– Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven hospitality environment.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in island resorts or remote locations and exposure to F&B stores, engineering stores, or hospitality audits.
