We are expanding our team and hiring for the following roles: (in Alexandria, Egypt)
• Dark Store Supervisor
• Dark Store Team Leader
• Dark Store Inventory Control
Dark Store Supervisor:
• Monitor store KPIs including productivity, quality, and operational metrics
• Prepare and present weekly performance reviews with management
• Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Optimize pick paths to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve store performance
• Ensure inbound/outbound SLA compliance and manage escalations
• Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) and ASIN consolidation
• Coach associates to improve efficiency and compliance
Dark Store Team Leader:
• Oversee shift operations and ensure tasks are performed efficiently
• Monitor pick, stow, and operational SLAs
• Handle inbound and outbound operational challenges
• Use laptop systems, basic Excel, and warehouse tools
• Coach associates and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Manage customer returns and vendor returns
• Oversee ASIN consolidation and proper storage practices
Dark Store Inventory Control:
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using inventory tools
• Perform quality checks on inventory including expired or damaged goods
• Manage removal processes for expired or damaged items
• Track removed inventory accurately using system tools
• Proactively monitor products approaching expiry dates
HR Manager (Mid-Level):
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Oversee attendance, documentation, and employee records
• Support performance management and employee relations
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
Requirements (All Roles)
• 2–3 years relevant experience
• Good English
• Good knowledge of relevant software and Excel
