Assistant Manager Procurement – Senior Procurement Specialist At HDRIC

We are seeking highly skilled professionals with the following experience to join our team:

– Assistant Manager – Procurement
– Senior Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement across multiple departments including Marketing, IT, HR, FM, Admin, and Sales.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, keeping accurate records of purchases, communications, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline procurement processes and resolve invoicing issues.
• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support process improvements to enhance procurement workflows and administrative efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain an up-to-date supplier database.

Experience Required:
• Assistant Manager: +12 years of procurement experience.
• Senior Procurement Specialist: 4–6 years of procurement experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.

• Location: New Cairo – Fifth Settlement
