Job Description
Support and execute customs clearance operations for import and export shipments, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining timely and efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor customs clearance activities for import and export shipments
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all required documentation
- Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Track shipment progress and ensure adherence to clearance timelines
- Follow up on customs duties and related payments
- Maintain organized records and proper documentation for all shipments
- Assist in resolving clearance-related issues or delays in coordination with relevant parties
- Prepare periodic reports on shipment status and highlight any operational challenges
