We’re looking for a Project Manager to own customer relationships, drive adoption, and act as a trusted partner for our clients.
✅ Fluency in English is a Must (C1 and above: spoken & written)
📍 On-site: El Rehab City, New Cairo
🕒 Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Fixed)
📆 Weekends: (Saturday and Sunday Fixed)
💰 Net Salary: 35,000-45,000EGP plus performance-based quarterly bonus.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives
- Help the clients through email, phone, online/virtual presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics/goals
- Liaise between the customer and assigned team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project managements, with at least 2 years in a client facing role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
