Job Description
- Lead and manage the full procurement cycle (sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering and project teams.
- Analyze quotations and lead commercial and technical negotiations.
- Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.
- Maintain procurement reports, contracts, and documentation.
- Mentor junior procurement staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
