Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team.
– The ideal candidate will have v. good experience in shipping operations and customs clearance, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage shipping operations (import & export).
– Handle customs clearance procedures and documentation
Communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs authorities.
– Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
– Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
– Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
– Work on logistics platforms such as MTS (Nafeza) & Agility systems
Requirements:
– 1–3 years of experience in logistics / supply chain.
– Experience using MTS (Nafeza) & Agility platforms
– Verygood experience Flow on shipping and customs clearance.
– Very good knowledge of logistics processes and documentation
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Good command of English.
