About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s supply of products and services while ensuring cost efficiency, reliability, and compliance with internal and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure optimal value.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments to meet operational needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Must have experience in FMCG
– 5–8 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
