Eva Cosmetics is seeking a high-potential professional to join our team as a “Planning Senior Specialist”

Essential Duties

• Monitor and execute the production plan, ensuring alignment with overall manufacturing objectives.
• Manage and implement MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to secure the required raw materials and production inputs on time and in the right quantities.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly production plans in coordination with Manufacturing, Sales, and Export teams.
• Prepare machine capacity utilization reports and present them to the Planning Supervisor to improve resource efficiency.
• Conduct monthly trials to calculate material requirements and validate alignment with the production plan.
• Track stock levels regularly and adjust according to changes in the sales plan to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Issue purchase requests for raw materials based on MRP results, considering minimum stock levels and supplier lead times.
• Follow up on local and international material deliveries to ensure timely availability.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Warehousing, Quality Control, and New Product Development teams to secure smooth operations.
• Maintain safe stock levels of critical raw materials to meet production requirements without interruptions.
• Coordinate with the Manufacturing team to prioritize production according to sales demand and export orders.
• Upload and release the weekly production and manufacturing schedule.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies across all planning activities.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing data, generating performance reports, and recommending enhancements to planning accuracy.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Science or Commerce
• 2 – 4 Proven experience in Production Planning / MRP systems.
• Previous experience in Cosmetics Industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or other resource planning tools.
