This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Sales Supervisor in Alexandria, Egypt. The Logistics Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, managing customer relationships, communicating with clients, and providing top-notch customer service. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize logistics solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- min experience 5-7 years in logistics field
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and trends
- Team Management skills to lead and train the sales team effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and build client relationships
- Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members
- Experience with logistics and freight forwarding is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
