Job Description

• Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.
• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and clients in targeted regions.
• Manage all export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the export team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Negotiate and manage key contracts with international clients and business partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor export performance and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
