Hiring: Procurement Specialist
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our growing team and support both local and international procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in procurement operations and a strong ability to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining smooth supply flow.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials (local & foreign).
Handle both direct and indirect purchasing processes efficiently and in line with company policies.
Support supplier selection, evaluation, and performance tracking.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Coordinate with production, planning, inventory, and finance teams to ensure timely supply.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
Exposure to local and international sourcing.
Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in Packaging, Plastics, Manufacturing, or FMCG is an advantage.
