Hiring: Warehouse Manager

About the Role:
El Badr for Trading & Import of Auto Spare Parts is currently seeking to hire an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team as part of our ongoing development and expansion.
Job Purpose:
To restructure and establish a complete warehouse management system, including developing procedures, organizing daily warehouse operations, and overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse operations in line with company policies and operational objectives, while improving inventory efficiency and reducing costs and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Plan and organize receiving, storage, and dispatch operations efficiently.
Supervise warehouse staff (storekeepers, assistants, laborers), evaluate performance, and support their development.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with other departments (procurement, sales, logistics, and accounting) to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Conduct periodic and annual stock counts and analyze results and variances.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the warehouse.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout planning for maximum efficiency.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
Propose solutions to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent planning and data analysis capabilities.
Proficiency in computer systems and warehouse management tools.
Strong communication skills across different organizational levels.
High level of accuracy, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
From 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday is the weekly day off
