As an Operations Intern, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the growth and optimization of the DiDi Mobility driver platform in Egypt. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience managing critical tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to cross-functional projects under clear guidance.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and ownership. You will be expected to handle real operational challenges, interact with diverse stakeholders and respond quickly with practical solutions.

In this role, you’ll be… Reporting to the team lead on specific projects, tracking progress, and monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing work to ensure objectives are met.

  • Assisting with the performance monitoring of one of the company’s most impactful Driver acquisition channels to ensure sustained growth and optimal results.
  • Supporting incentive management, including designing, configuring, and monitoring results to align with business objectives.
  • Responsible for payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in disbursing funds related to operational activities.
  • Supporting offline acquisition workflows and providing hands-on assistance when needed.
  • Analyzing data to monitor acquisition-related project outcomes and generating actionable insights to improve workflows and enhance performance.
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects and the rollout of new features related to the driver app, including incentive planning and performance monitoring.
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks and initiatives with a results-oriented, “can-do” attitude to tackle challenges and add value to the business.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and down-to-earth approach, willing to take on any task that contributes to the team’s success.
  • Ability to think quickly and propose practical solutions in time-sensitive situations.
  • Basic analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn data visualization tools; SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under clear guidance.
  • A genuine interest in problem-solving and making an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
