MRP Section Head
Main Tasks
– Lead the development of the monthly MRP Process aligned with production plans, demand forecasts, and inventory targets.
– Proactively identify potential material supply risks and opportunities, and lead scenario planning to safeguard service levels and production continuity.
– Share and facilitate weekly material planning review meetings to validate production plans, material availability, and operational readiness.
– Oversee the PR-to-PO conversion process to ensure procurement activities are aligned with production requirements and supply commitments.
– Drive working capital optimization by managing Stock levels, identifying excess or shortage risks, and implementing corrective actions.
– Provide strategic oversight on inventory projections for raw and packaging materials with an 18-month planning horizon, ensuring alignment with business targets and operational needs.
Key Skills
– Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
– Dashboard creation and data visualization for planning and supply chain performance tracking.
– Strong experience in MRP and materials planning.
– ERP Systems – Material Management (MM) modules.
