Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
* Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain proper stock levels.
* Implement efficient warehouse procedures and safety standards.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
* Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Prepare regular reports on inventory status and warehouse performance.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
– Minimum 12 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
– Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
