Project Manager At ELBATTAT Steel

ElBattat Steel is seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership, technical, and operational capabilities to oversee multiple construction sites across Egypt. As a key player in our execution team, you will lead field engineers and technicians, ensure compliance with welding and coating standards, manage day-to-day activities, and serve as the main liaison with clients and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
• Manage the installation of steel pipelines, custom fittings, penstocks, radial gates, stop logs, and automatic cleaning weed screen systems.
• Supervise field engineers, site technicians, and subcontractors to maintain workflow, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional and timely daily reporting to clients on progress, quality, and site status.
• Plan ahead for manpower, equipment, and material needs across various sites.
• Manage compliance with welding and coating standards, and ensure technical accuracy in execution.
• Resolve on-site challenges and enforce health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the technical office and procurement for site needs.
• Must be willing and able to relocate between different project sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on field experience in steel infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary field teams in demanding environments.
• Strong command of Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 suite for planning, reporting, and coordination.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards, site inspections, and project documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
