We’re Hiring: Logistics Specialist – Quwaysna
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Logistics Specialist to join our team and help manage the full cycle of international shipments and export operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all export and import logistics activities including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Manage communication with freight forwarders .
- Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain export and import -related documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Solve logistical issues and delays with proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse) to ensure smooth export flow.
- Optimize shipping routes and cost-efficiency of logistics processes.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and customs regulations.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preferably residing in Menoufia or nearby areas (e.g. Banha, Tanta).
Job Details: - Full-time position (8 hours/day)
