Job Description

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Control and organize storage and inventory space
• Ensures integrity of physical inventory and par levels; assists with physical inventory audits.
• Ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Assist in defining staffing needs and allocate workload.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Achieving a balance of “on the floor” presence and office time.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and Suppliers.
• ​Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes.
• Implement new methods, processes, and improvements.
• Identify operations needing development and institute innovations to adjust current work practices and procedures
• Daily check of the quality of the product in Refrigerators, avoid any damage can happen to the products.
• Identifies and records defective merchandise.
• Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean.
