. Lead and inspire a team of Warehouse Supervisors across 4 regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
. Plan for future capacity constraints and requirements.
. Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance.
. Review and prepare workflows and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and safety standards
. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with regulations
. Ensure Good warehousing practices are followed in all branches.
. Ensure fulfilling loading requirements for all sales channels on time.
Qualifications & Experience
. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
. Proven experience in FMCG Warehouse management.
. organizational Strong leadership , and problem-solving skills
. Fluent in English
