JOB PURPOSE:
- Maintain the warehouse in an appropriate condition according to HSE and GMP requirements.
- Developing the warehouse operators and supervisors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ensure productivity and quality of work in the area.
- Supervise workers, monitor their capability and performance, and enhance performance through training, coaching and motivation.
- Improve worker behavior and ensure their capability for securing the goods and the material they responsible for.
- Continuous Improve the WH organization.
- Monitoring material movements and stock situation and expiry date to use materials according to the validity period based on FEFO Rule.
- Responsible to supervise each material stock quantity in the internal and external warehouse including the finished goods, API, Raw and Aux and packaging materials, within the approved SOP for each WH.
Fully responsibile for
- Material movements and stock situation and expiry dates to use materials in its validity period according to the FEFO rule within the SAP and WH module in parallel with Q.C approval.
- Ensuring that each material has its own label showing RELEVANT quantity and to be physically located on its bin location as per the WH module.
- Each material in the WH and external WH has its own quantity on its relevant label and to be physically located on its bin location as per the WH module.
- The Toll out materials transfer and finished goods receiving and delivery.
- The stock equation of Sanofi stock in all the Toller’s according to the Toller materials consumption processes review.
- Reviewing on monthly basis the stock equation for the Toller and the external WHs based on the Toller actual consumption.
- Monitoring all the warehouse activities on daily bases through early daily GEMPA meetings.
- Monitoring all the transactions done on SAP for any type of stock movements that matches its relevant physical movements according to the WH capacity.
