📌 Job Vacancy: Warehouse Manager
Location: Obour Industrial Zone 1 – Cairo, Egypt
Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing – FMCG
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching).
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement stock control procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of frozen food products according to safety standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and discipline.
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and utilization of space.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Implement health & safety and food safety regulations inside the warehouse.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, movement, and KPIs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse best practices.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
