We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and optimal customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for sanitary ware and chemical products. Ensure compliance with storage regulations, particularly for hazardous materials.
Operational Efficiency: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods. Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in the handling of chemicals.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of goods received and dispatched to meet company standards.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and branches.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory, orders, and warehouse performance metrics..
Job Requirements & Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
CPIM Certification will be an add on.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse management, preferably within the FMCGs and/or Chemicals Industries.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
Familiarity with safety protocols, particularly for hazardous materials.
- Proficiency in ERP systems preferably Oracle and/or SAP
