We are hiring: Warehouse Manager.
Warehouse Department.
6 of October City (industrial area).

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of inventory and stock levels.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor and improve warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all goods are stored in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
• Manage budget and control costs related to warehouse operations (e.g., labor, equipment maintenance).
• Implement health and safety standards to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, such as productivity, inventory levels, and KPIs.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Forklift and warehouse safety certifications (advantageous).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with potential for physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving products.
