Job Description

• Coordinate stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and finance departments.
• Oversee all the system transactions (IN & Out).
• Monitor inventory by regularly inventorying specific items or sections (cycle count).
• Oversee stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling.
• Track the documentations cycle from warehouse receiving till customer delivery.
• Track shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
• Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.
