This position is based at our factory in 10th of Ramadan City and will report directly to the Operation Manager.Responsibilities:
- Lead the Finish Good Warehouse and Distribution team to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs.
- Lead the Warehouse and Distribution team function by implementing and monitoring procedures and guidelines to ensure that Warehouse and Distribution activities are compliant with local laws and regulations, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Management system.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure on-time delivery of goods while minimizing disruptions.
- Cooperate with Planning and Customer Service Department to maintain healthy stock levels and correct product classifications.
- Initiate, drive, and follow up continuous improvement activities by implementing the Jotun Operations System and follow up through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.)
- Participate in operations management meetings to coordinate activities and improvement projects.
- Run efficient freight and warehouse tenders and research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods in cooperation with Purchasing.
- Set distribution operations guidelines, monitor delivery performance, review and approve transportation contracts, and advise on delivery improvements.
- Ensure the optimum condition of the Finish Goods Warehouse by strategically planning and implementing efficient layouts, conducting regular equipment inspections to smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Managing and overseeing warehouse operations for export orders; including preparing orders, coordinating internal and external logistics, handling container arrangements, and maintaining efficient communication with other sites.

Requirements we Look for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with managerial experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma mythologies in Process Improvement is preferable.
- Experience in Planning & Inventory Management Control system is a plus.
