We’re seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vendor Manager in the Translation Department. This is a remote position, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to our dynamic team.

As a Vendor Manager in the Translation Department, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse pool of vendors and suppliers across a range of languages and translation services. You’ll work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure that all translations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure that translations meet their requirements.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to meet client demand and expand our capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor performance, pricing, and contracts.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Vendor Manager in the translation industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience with translation management systems is a plus.
