We Are Hiring Vehicle Management SPL in Luxor

Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the vehicle supervisor in managing vehicles.
2. Responsible for registering the vehicle maintenance applications provided by each branch and reporting them to the vehicle supervisor for maintenance arrangements.
3. Register various vehicle accessories and monitor whether they are used reasonably.
4. Registering the maintenance, repair, refueling, mileage, etc. of the vehicle and check whether it is reasonable.
5. check the condition of the vehicle according to the GPS system every day to prevent speeding and illegal violent driving of vehicles.
6. Cooperate with the finance department to review the vehicle reimbursement receipts provided by each outlet to ensure that the reimbursement of various expenses meets the company’s requirements.
7. Cooperate with the headquarters to make a good feedback and communication.
8. the vehicle supervisor and the assistant, regularly screening the suppliers to ensure that the prices given to us by suppliers are the best.
9. The vehicle mileage meter and the total monthly cost of the vehicle need to be output to the general manager every month.

Job requirements:
1. Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, able to provide various reports as required.
2. Responsible and meticulous in work.
