Title: Technical Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities:
· Supplier Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential suppliers to identify those best suited to meet our quality and pricing requirements.
· Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lead times, costs, and payment terms, maximizing value for the organization.
· Supplier Management: Maintain open communication with suppliers, coordinating delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of final products.
· Price Analysis: Perform detailed price analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and initiate effective negotiation strategies.
· Project Requests: Collaborate with project teams to define procurement needs and take proactive measures to fulfill requirements.
· Purchase Orders: Generate and manage purchase orders and supply contracts to facilitate seamless procurement processes
.Job Requirements & Skill Set
· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field
· From 2 to 5 years of experience in equipment, machines and spare parts
· Ready-mix experience is highly preferable
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze supplier capabilities, pricing structures, and market trends to inform procurement decisions.
· Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record of successful negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
· Data Analysis: Proficiency in conducting price analyses and interpreting procurement data to drive cost-saving initiatives.
· Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
