Job Description
Job-Specific Accountabilities:
Prepare a detailed Material requirement plans (MRP system) based on approved production plan for, Utility items, production chemicals and Lab Chemicals, Packaging Material, and spare parts, maintaining the lowest possible material levels in store according to manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
Follow up the Beet cultivations every 10 days report ensuring that the beet delivery plan is matching the approved production plan.
Follow up with Utility Department the actual utility consumptions Vs. planned like Natural Gas, lubricant, electricity consumptions and highlight variance with corrective actions.
Follow up the procurement cycle with owners and procurement department till the delivery according to the scheduled plans for All Materials to avoid any shortage and aligning with warehousing storage capacity and available stocks.
Follow up and updates The BOM “Bill of Materials” according the factory performance and Actual consumptions, as well to benchmark the BOM with the best in industry.
Follow up the chemicals and Packaging Material consumptions to determine variances between actual vs. the planned to avoid any overrun in the budget and determine the abnormal consumption reasons.
Follow up the materials losses based on the actual consumption versus the standard consumption and calculates its impact and develop with the owners the corrective action
