A Supply Planner is required for a company Located in Sokhna / New Cairo at the factory
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Run the MRP based on the planning horizon, raising the PRs & follow-up on the planning cycle.
· Create the master production schedule based on the calculated capacity.
· Release the daily production plan for manufacturing & monitor the materials consumption.
· Handle the NPIs & sample plans with the stakeholders.
· Monitor the stock level of Materials, FGs & Samples to optimize inventory level considering safety stock.
· Issue all MRP reports regularly showing the status of the material supply flow, releasing shortage & DOS Reports.
· Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.
· Keep the creation and effective execution of material supply plan to increase inventory turnover and reduce stock-out costs monthly over month.
· Achieve the daily, monthly, and yearly production plan.
· Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
· Work with the stakeholders on the supply chain excellence projects & improvement plan
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
· A bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must
· APICS certification is a plus
· 2-3 years of experience
· Prior experience as MRP & Production planning in the industry preferred
