Supply Chain Specialist At Allagro


Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning & Forecasting
– Analyze sales data and market trends
– Forecast demand to ensure product availability
– Coordinate with sales and production teams
2. Inventory Management
– Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock
– Set safety stock and reorder points
– Conduct regular inventory audits
3. Procurement & Supplier Coordination
– Work with suppliers to place and track orders
– Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
– Evaluate supplier performance
4. Logistics & Distribution
– Coordinate shipments (import/export if applicable)
– Track deliveries and resolve delays
– Optimize transportation costs and routes
5. Order Fulfillment
– Ensure accurate and timely order processing
– Coordinate between warehouse, logistics, and customers
– Handle order issues or discrepancies
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
– Analyze KPIs (lead time, service level, inventory turnover, etc.)
– Prepare reports for management
– Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
7. Process Improvement
– Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain
– Implement best practices and automation tools
– Support continuous improvement initiatives
8. Compliance & Documentation
– Ensure compliance with regulations (especially for imports/exports)
– Maintain accurate documentation (POs, invoices, shipping docs)

Qualifications:
– 1–3 years of experience
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and negotiation abilities
– Proficiency in Excel / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
