Maramzy is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to join our operations team! If you have a sharp eye for quality, love being part of the production process, and can negotiate like a pro, this role is for you.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all products meet our approved standards when received from the factory.
✅ Factory Inspections: Conduct on-site visits to check production quality and resolve any issues before items are delivered.
✅ Inventory Management: Receive, pack, and properly store products in our inventory while maintaining organization.
✅ Supplier Coordination: Follow up with suppliers and artisans, ensuring smooth production timelines and resolving any supply issues.
✅ Procurement & Sourcing: Handle shopping for production materials and negotiate the best deals to optimize costs.
✅ Bargaining & Communication: Master the art of negotiating with suppliers and artisans while maintaining strong, professional relationships.

🔹 Someone hands-on and detail-oriented—you’ll be closely involved with our products and materials.
🔹 A strong communicator who can follow up, negotiate, and problem-solve with suppliers and artisans.
🔹 A well-organized individual who can track inventory and ensure a smooth supply chain.
🔹 No need for extensive experience, but previous work in quality control, inventory, or procurement is a plus!
🔹 Must be comfortable with physical tasks like unpacking, inspecting, and organizing items.
