We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Projects Manager for Egypt and Levant Markets based in Cairo.
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
You will be part of the Operations Customer Service team of “Philip Morris Misr” reporting to the Manager of Ops Customer Service Egypt & Levant.
As a Supply Chain Projects Manager, you will be required to
- Deploy the global supply chain digitalization projects.
- Lead the productivity identification and implementation across the supply chain.
- Identify necessary process and tool changes required by global initiatives.
- Establish a PMO to manage the global and local projects.
- Continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes.
- Lead customer facing initiatives to improve customer service, consumer experience and removal of inefficiencies (cost, cash).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or a similar profession, Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership position in multinational organizations.
- Superior project management and organizational skills, PMP is a plus
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to adapt to uncertain and constantly changing business conditions.
- Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results.
- Creative thinking, agility, and collaboration.
- Situational leadership and communication to deal with diversified culture, markets and customer profiles.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
