Supply Chain Projects Manager At Philip Morris International

As a Supply Chain Projects Manager, you will be required to

  • Deploy the global supply chain digitalization projects.
  • Lead the productivity identification and implementation across the supply chain.
  • Identify necessary process and tool changes required by global initiatives.
  • Establish a PMO to manage the global and local projects.
  • Continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes.
  • Lead customer facing initiatives to improve customer service, consumer experience and removal of inefficiencies (cost, cash).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or a similar profession, Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership position in multinational organizations.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills, PMP is a plus
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to adapt to uncertain and constantly changing business conditions.
  • Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results.
  • Creative thinking, agility, and collaboration.
  • Situational leadership and communication to deal with diversified culture, markets and customer profiles.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
