This position will be based in Cairo, Egypt under the Finance & Operations department. You will directly report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager.

The position
As a Supply Chain Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Engage in demand planning, supporting the S&OP process with key functions. Update rolling stock and forecasts monthly and manage the Global Forecasting System.
• Develop and calculate annual forecasts, in-market sales, and affiliate ambition. As well as communicate and analyze the performance of the Monthly Demand Review process with the region.
• Handle orders, including placing purchase orders in SAP and managing logistics until arrival in the home country. Ensure smooth customs clearance by coordinating with the customs clearance broker.
• Manage and track inventory at the 3PL warehouse and oversee the selling process to distributors. Report market sales performance, in-market sales, and inventory monthly.
• Update and agree on monthly demand with the sales and operations team. Support the launch excellence of new products in the affiliate.
  
  
  

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is structured, analytical, and quality-focused, with strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 4 years of supply chain experience within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
