Your Tasks Will Include The

  • Demand planning including support on the S&OP process with key functions, Responsible for updating rolling stock and forecast on monthly basis, updating the Global Forecasting System (OMP), Supporting on development and calculation of the annual forecast, for products in line with the annual AB, in-market sales, and affiliate ambition, and Support on communication, performance analysis of Monthly Demand Review process with IO-SO.
  • Order handling including Placing Purchase orders in SAP and handling order logistics till the arrival to the home country, Responsible for ensuring a smooth and Quick customs clearance process by following up with the customs clearance broker, and goods Receipts at the NN Egypt warehouse, Responsible for managing and tracking the inventory at 3PL warehouse and Responsible for the selling process to the distributors (order confirmation, DN, and invoicing).
  • Reporting To market sales Performance, in-market sales, samples & FOC, and inventory on a monthly basis Tracking, controlling, and documentation of CIF, ARP prices, Rebates, and FOC.
  • In-market Monthly demand update and agreement with sales and operations team.
  • Support launch excellence of new products in the affiliate.

QualificationsAs a person you are structured, have a strong analytical and quality mindset, and are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders across all levels and functions in an organization. Furthermore, you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain experience within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting.
  • Computer Skills “PowerPoint, Excel,..”.
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent English skills, spoken and written.
