Supply Chain Operations Leader At Electrolux Group

 you will:

  • Initiate and drive with central supply chain members cash-flow improvement actions with the aim to significantly reduce capital binding in the total Supply Chain including (Parts in Transit improvement, Components stock reduction, Work in Progress reduction, Finished goods buffer reduction);
  • Collect and to manage the planning information flow (demand, plant, suppliers) in order to satisfy the customer requirements, maintaining and implementing an effective relationship with central supply chain members.
  • Monitor sales companies/market needs (i.e. sales forecast, stock levels/mix, preproduction planning, etc.) in order to help in preparing budget and expected volumes for production, production scheduling, coordination of capacity rightsizing and factory flexibility and closures;
  • Execute supply plans and target stocks;
  • Ensure dispatch, production and stock plans in the plant with collaboration of all functions involved (internal and external);
  • Update systems with planning data, setting all parameters in the SC system and control incoming/outgoing flows, stock levels and quality;
  • Interface to Customers/Suppliers for definition of Service Level Agreements on Supply Chain;
  • Improve Supply Chain specifications to fulfill Customers requirements;
  • Provide inputs for needs on IT development in Supply Chain operative level;
  • Measure and report Supply Chain performance (service level and costs);
  • Provide executable dispatch orders to ensure Dispatch Plan Reliability (DIP) to logistics;
  • Ensure plans feasibility in connection with central supply chain;
  • Monitor logistic performances ( and if necessary to escalate the problems) and cost development;
  • Manage the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to ensure issuance the production & Purchase requisitions in time with the right quantity to the right destination.
  • Monitor the service-level agreements for components deliveries to perform the material planning (stock level, volumes, lead times, suppliers capacity rightsizing, tooling capacity rightsizing, etc.);
  • Ensure daily call-off for material/components supply in line with production plans (Timing/Volumes/Quality);
  • Manage the internal components warehouse, to ensure availability of components in terms of stock level and mix;
  • Manage suppliers holidays shortage for closures to optimize plans feasibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering or related field is required;
  • Experience: Broad and solid senior management experiences (5-8 years) in management functions as: production, logistics, purchasing, controlling, product Planning and warehouses management
  • Fluent Spoken and written command of English language.
  • Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
  • Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
  • Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity
