Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall supply chain functions and operations (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse and customer service).
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.
- Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Planning policies and procedures for efficiently, economically for supply chain operation.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
- Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure the availability of materials or products.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Maintaining company budget and streamlining costs.
- Guides, manages, develops, and engages the team for enhanced productivity.
- Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership
- Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet Responsibilities
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12 to 15 years of experience in supply chain
- Food Industry background is a must
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Preferred skilled in Planning Software, Power BI, Dashboards, Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Access & AutoCAD.
- CPIM or PMP completion or certification.
- Excellent in English.
