- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives for the Food & Beverage industry.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from approved suppliers while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels meet production and sales requirements without overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and sales teams to align supply and demand planning.
- Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution to retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, local regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain (automation, process optimization, cost reduction).
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications:Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning within perishable goods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
