Supply Chain Manager
Responsible for optimizing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to inventory control, ensuring smooth distribution of goods, and timely deliveries. The role involves managing vendor relationships, sourcing quality raw materials (including fresh and frozen products), ensuring product safety and quality standards, and minimizing costs.
Job Description:
– Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
Forecast demand and plan capacity to meet customer and market requirements.
– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
– Maintain strong relationships with vendors and conduct regular performance reviews.
– Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
– Monitor material flow to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery.
– Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
– Optimize logistics routes and reduce shipping costs.
– Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– A master’s degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, CISCM) is a strong plus.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage manufactory industry.
– Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain best practices.
