Responsibilities
-Manage supply chain team by setting objectives , motivating , monitoring team performance to ensure growth and development for team members and department performance
-Analyzing supply chain process , identify gaps and bottlenecks , develop SOP’S “Standards of operating procedures” to ensure compliance related to key supply chain requirements such as purchasing “foreign and local”
-control and create supply chain plans and reports to ensure highest efficiency level in logistics , inventory management and sourcing.
-Ensure safe practice for all supply chain activities according to the set safety procedures
-ensuring the synergy between the supply chain acquirements with the production needs, plans for high production OTIF
Requirements
BA in business, management , logistics or related field.
8-10 years of experience
Excellent in English
